
Insurance and Payment Options
Our office is not contracted with any dental or medical insurance plans. You will be utilizing out-of-network benefits with our office. As a courtesy to you, we will send all claims to your insurance company and work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, regardless what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to eight weeks. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and Discover®. CareCredit® is also offered as a payment plan option.

We do not participate with Medicare or accept Medicaid Insurance.
